Return Policy

Not happy with it? Return it. It's easy! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it with your original sales receipt, gift receipt or original packing slip. We will happily exchange the item or refund your full purchase price if returned within 90 days of purchase, less shipping and handling for online orders, for all new, non-worn product. If you don't have your receipt, or it has been longer than 90 days since your purchase, we will exchange the item for current selling price.

It's important to carefully examine your purchases upon delivery. If any visible or functional damage is noticed, delivery should be refused. By accepting delivery, you are acknowledging that the items have arrived in working order. If a product arrives damaged or does not work properly when you receive it, we will repair it, replace it or offer a refund.

Refunds:

  • Will be issued in the same form as the original method of payment.
  • May require identification.

Most unopened items sold by Shophysio in new condition and returned within 90 days will receive a refund or exchange. Some items sold by Shophysio have a modified return policy noted on the receipt, packing slip, Shophysio policy board (refund exceptions), Shophysio.com or in the item department. Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange.

Shophysio + Partner's Return Policy

Most unopened items sold by a Shophysio + Partner in new condition and returned within 90 days will receive a refund. All items sold by Partners must be returned to Shophysio by mail. Some items sold by a Shophysio + Partner have a modified return policy noted on the receipt or on Shophysio.com. Items that are opened or damaged may be denied a refund.

  • Returns and exchanges without a receipt may be limited. Other restrictions may apply.
  • If you're not satisfied with any Shophysio Owned Brand item, return it within 90 days with a receipt for an exchange or a refund.
  • All electronics items must be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange. For these items purchased between 11/1 and 12/25, the 30-day refund period will start on 12/26.
  • Holiday items and limited-time-only collections may have modified return policies.
  • Digital downloads cannot be returned.

Most beauty items bought online can be returned, even if opened, within 90 days with your receipt.

In most cases your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. In the event you used multiple forms of payment, your refund may be issued across all payment methods used.
Refunds to a third-party credit card typically take 1-3 days. For information about refunds to a third-party credit card, contact your card-issuing financial institution.
It can take up to 5 additional business days to inspect and process items returned to our Online Return Center before refunds can be processed.

If our online return center has declined a return for any reason, the order will be shipped back to you and you'll receive an email explaining the details of the declined return. Our online return center will send the order back to you and you should receive it within 7 days.
Often times our online return center can reuse the tracking number from your return shipment, so you may be able to use this information to track the return of your declined order.

A return may be declined for one of the following reasons:

  • Your return was outside of the return window.
  • The item appears worn or used.
  • The item was opened.
  • The item was non-returnable or non-returnable if opened.
  • The online return center wasn't able to locate the order number or other information needed to process the return.
  • The item is not a Shophysio.com item.

Shipping charges may be refunded depending on the reason for your Shophysio.com return.
You may not be refunded for shipping charges if:

  • The return was declined by our online return center.
  • The return was not due to an error by Shophysio.
  • If you placed an order and haven't received it yet, you can refuse your order when the shipper delivers your package. When we receive the returned items, we'll credit your account for the price of the items and any shipping costs.

Once we receive shipment, we'll issue a credit in your original form of payment, less adjustments for shipping and handling.

  • Choose a box strong enough to hold the contents. That means it shouldn't have tears, rips, bends, or other damage. You can use your own box or UPS packaging supplies. Ideally, you'll want to use a new corrugated box.
  • Select and use proper cushioning materials for package contents. Wrap items individually and surround them with bubble sheeting and recyclable or foam loose-fill materials. Content should not directly touch the inside of the shipping box.
  • Securely seal your package. Use pressure-sensitive plastic or nylon reinforced tape that's at least 2 in./5.08 cm wide.
  • Properly label your package. Include full shipping instructions such as postal codes, apartment numbers or other information that will help with delivery. Make sure to place the label on top of the package and remove any old labels or cross out old markings. Secure the label and avoid placing it on box seams or tape.
