Thank you for visiting and shopping at Shophysio.com. Here is some information about our shipping policy for you to understand how we work.

Shipment Processing Time

  • We ship Monday thru Friday.
  • Orders received before 9:00 AM Eastern Time ship the same business day. Orders received after 9:00 AM Eastern Time will ship the following business day
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays
  • In order to guarantee that your equipment will be delivered in your hands, we request a signature at the time of delivery for orders over $100

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout according to your zip code.

Free Shipping

Some brands are eligible for free shipping, such as Ibramed, Globus and Pain Management and it is exclusive for U.S orders. Remember that free shipping is exclusive for products of the mentioned brands above.

International Shipping

We do ship outside the U.S. You can have our products regardless of the country you live in, we ship it to you. If for some reason it doesn't calculate the shipping rate for your country at the time of the checkout, please contact us (customerservice@shophysio.com) and we'll be glad to provide it for you.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Shophysio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

30-Day Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly provide a refund, replacement, or an exchange. The refund does not include the shipping paid. There will be no returns after 30 days, however, all warranties will be honored. Remember you will need to pay for the shipping back to our warehouse.
